Please find enclosed 1 x copy of the constitution with two signatory pages, 1 x copy of the Rules and Regulations with two signatory pages and finally 1 x membership form. Firstly carefully read the Constitution then the Rules and Regulations, to make sure you are entirely happy with the contents. If so then add both your name and signature to them, not forgetting the date. Finally fill in the membership form which is self explanatory, any queries do not hesitate to contact us. When you have completed all the necessary forms, return 1 x signed page of the Constitution, 1 x signed page of the Rules and Regulations and the membership form, complete with payment and passport photographs. This will leave you with your own signed copies of both the Constitution and Rules and Regulation for reference. Yours for Scotland |
